To get ready for Gluten-Awareness Month in May, Pamela’s Products (a well-known gluten-free line of foods) is teaming up with the Gluten-Intolerance Group to pose a Gluten-Free Challenge to everyone.

Whether you have celiac disease, gluten allergy or not, the challenge is to eat one gluten-free food or dish every day! Most of us already likely do that - the trick is to build awareness of what is in your diet.

The challenge finishes with a bang, when the challenge is to eat completely gluten-free for a whole weekend.
